A new restaurant that specializes in American barbecue, called Pitt Cue Co., has opened dangerously close to my office. I literally have dreams about their pulled pork bun and have had to try and limit myself to one visit a week. The restaurant is tiny and only has 30 seats, but they also do take-out during lunchtime. The menu features favorites like pulled pork, brisket, baked beans, pickles, mashed potatoes with pork cracklings, buffalo wings and other special cuts of meat, like onglet (hanger steak), depending on the day. A&W Cream Soda is newly available, and they have a full bar as well. The wait for both lunch and dinner can be long, as the word is out about this place. Finally an amazing and authentic pulled pork sandwich has arrived in London !
