London, England - Banca Restaurant

How utterly stunning is the poured liquid metal bar?!?!
Last week I was invited to Italian restaurant, Banca, in London's Mayfair, for the launch of Aperitivo: derived from the classic pre-dinner aperitivo tradition found in Milan’s smartest bars and restaurants.

Silver leaf ceiling and amazing crystal chandeliers

From 5pm-7:30pm on Tuesday to Friday, classic Italian aperitivo nibbles are laid across Banca’s impressive long bar that spans across the entire length of the restaurant. All dishes are bite-sized, designed to be easily consumed in the early evening, standing and socialising at the bar.

Guests can enjoy one of Banca’s Italian cocktails, such as the Negroni, Aperol Spritz or Bellini, as they graze.

If you're in London, and jetting off to northern Italy is not in the cards, Banca is the closest thing to the Italian aperitivo tradition and a fun place to stop for a pre-dinner prosecco and a snack.
